“Right now, everything is so expensive. Groceries are so outrageous. So the SNAP benefit, this increase will help all families,” Hall said. “(The) children are home all day during the summer, so even though there is a program they can attend, they still need breakfast, lunch, a dinner and snacks in between, so that will help keep costs down.”
